Refunds & Cancellation

Last updated 25 October 2026

How to cancel a Job Coach plan, when refunds apply, and your consumer rights as a subscriber.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for paid Job Coach plans. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Plans and billing

Plans are subscriptions with a monthly billing interval, at the prices shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Prices are shown in euros and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Payments and subscription management are handled by Base44 Payments. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel it.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time, for any reason. Cancelling stops the next renewal: your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.

You can cancel from your account settings in the app. If you cannot find it, email support@jobcoach.biz from the address on your account and we will confirm the cancellation and the date your access ends.

Deleting the app or simply stopping using the service does not cancel a subscription.

4. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days from the start of a subscription to withdraw from it without giving a reason.

Because Job Coach gives immediate access to digital content and services, when you subscribe you ask us to begin straight away. Once the service has been fully performed for that period, the withdrawal right for it ends, and we may charge for the part of the period you have already used.

To withdraw, email support@jobcoach.biz within 14 days of your purchase. We will refund the unused part of that first period to your original payment method.

5. When we refund

  • You withdraw within the 14-day window described above.
  • You were charged twice for the same subscription, or charged after you cancelled.
  • A billing error occurred, or an incorrect amount was taken.
  • The service was unavailable for a significant part of a paid period and we could not resolve it.
  • You are outside the withdrawal window, the charge was an unintended renewal, you have not used the plan since it renewed, and you contact us within a few days. We will look at these in good faith.
  • The consumer law where you live gives you a right to a refund in your circumstances.

6. When we do not refund

  • You changed your mind after the withdrawal window and after using the service.
  • You forgot to cancel before a renewal date and have been using the plan since it renewed.
  • You did not use the service during a period you paid for.
  • Your account was closed because you broke the Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy removes any refund right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@jobcoach.biz with the email address on your account, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request. We aim to reply within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the payment method you used. Your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement, and we have no control over that posting time.

8. Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We will tell you before a change applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect. If you keep your subscription past the notice period, the new price applies from your next renewal.

9. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and will let you know. If it remains unpaid, paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds or you cancel.

10. Contact

Questions about a charge, a cancellation or a refund: support@jobcoach.biz. Include the email address on your account, your plan, and if you have it the payment reference.
